  • Why am I not seeing my most recent transaction?
    Transactions take 3-5 days to process and settle in your account. Once the transaction has become finalized then we bring it into your private view.
  • How long does it take for money to reach my account once I settle up?
    We use ACH transfers so typically 3-5 days to see the money in your account after your and your partner settle up.
  • Why am I receiving an error when trying to settle up?
    Make sure both you and your partner have verified your checking account. More > Settle Payment Info > Select Account > Enter DOB & last four digits of social.
  • Why am I having a problem inviting my partner?
    When inviting your partner make sure they use the same link you did in order to download testflight and Smoov. Once they have created their account then use the in app invite feature to connect your two accounts.
  • Why am I having a problem connecting bank accounts?
    Make sure the bank you are trying to connect is available to connect with plaid.
  • What can I expect from Smoov?
    Link multiple cards using Plaid - safe and secure.  Private view with a list of your recent transactions from those cards  Send transactions from your private view to your shared view Send transactions back to the private view from shared view if you decide to Agree on a percentage by which to split shared transactions  Designate which account you'll transfer money from when settling up with your partner The ability to send money if you're the one who owes it The ability to request money if you are owed  Override default split % and adjust % on a per transaction basis  Delete transactions from private view A referral code to share with friends (beta beta)
